Warranty

Every Auxinn product is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of dispatch.

What's covered

  • Bag construction defects (stitching, zippers, hardware failure under normal use)
  • Cable and connector failures under normal use (a jack going intermittent, a coupler losing contact, an RCA tip falling off)
  • Patch and badge failure (peeling, fraying, falling off)

What's not covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops onto hard surfaces, or exposure to liquid (Headliner's water-resistant coating handles splash and rain, not submersion)
  • Wear-and-tear from normal heavy use after 12 months
  • Loss of items from the kit (single-component replacements are available — see below)
  • Custom personalisation (name tag, engraving) — these are made to your spec at order time and aren't replaced under warranty

How to claim

Email support@auxinn.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

We'll respond within 2 working days. If the claim's valid, we'll either repair the item, replace the affected component, or replace the bag — whichever's the right call for the fault.

Single-component replacements

Lost a connector? Snapped a cable? We sell replacement components individually. Coming to the shop post-launch. Until then, email support@auxinn.co.uk and we'll sort you out manually.
