1. About us
Auxinn (AUXINN LTD, company number 15167599, registered address 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE) trades from the same address.

2. The contract
When you place an order on auxinn.co.uk, you make an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we email you to confirm dispatch. At that point a binding contract exists between us.
We can refuse an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error) and will refund any payment taken.
3. Prices & payment
- All prices in GBP. Auxinn Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on orders. We'll update this page when our VAT status changes.
- Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We never store card details.
- Pricing errors: if we spot an obvious error, we'll cancel the order and refund. We're not bound to fulfil at a clearly wrong price.
4. Delivery

- We aim to dispatch Performer Edition within 2 working days, Headliner Edition within 5–7 working days (personalisation).
- Risk of damage or loss passes to you on delivery.
- If an order is more than 30 days late, you can cancel and we'll refund in full.
5. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you're a UK consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. To cancel, email support@auxinn.co.uk with your order number.
You then have 14 days to return the item. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving the return (or seeing proof of dispatch back to us, whichever's sooner).
Exception — personalised goods: Headliner Edition is custom-made to your spec. Once your name and engraving details are confirmed, the personalised elements are non-cancellable. If it's faulty, your statutory rights still apply.
6. Faulty goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If goods are faulty, your statutory rights apply:
- Within 30 days: full refund.
- 30 days – 6 months: repair or replacement (refund if repair/replacement fails or is impossible).
- 6 months – 6 years: you must prove the fault existed at delivery; same remedies as above.

7. Warranty

8. Liability
We accept liability for our own breach of contract or negligence as required by law. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.
Where lawful, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.
9. Intellectual property
The Auxinn name, logo, designs, photography, and copy on this site are owned by us. Don't reproduce them without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
