- Order data: name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone, order contents, payment confirmation (Stripe handles card details — we never see them).
- Marketing data: email address if you sign up to our newsletter.

- Customer service data: anything you send us via email or the contact form.
3. Why we collect it

- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised browsing data only (IP anonymisation enabled), loaded only with your consent. See Google's privacy policy.
- Royal Mail — your name and delivery address, to fulfil your order. Royal Mail acts as an independent controller for delivery purposes.
- We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
5. How long we keep it
- Order data: 7 years (UK tax & accounting requirements).
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for audit.
- Site analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) last up to 2 years in your browser; aggregated event data is retained in GA4 for 14 months. - Customer service: 2 years from last contact.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, port your data, and complain to the ICO.
