Order data: name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone, order contents, payment confirmation (Stripe handles card details — we never see them).
Marketing data: email address if you sign up to our newsletter.
Site analytics: anonymous browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation enabled), loaded only if you consent to all cookies.
Customer service data: anything you send us via email or the contact form.

3. Why we collect it

Order data: to process, ship, and support your purchase. Lawful basis: performance of contract.
Marketing data: to send you newsletter emails you've opted into. Lawful basis: consent.
Site analytics: to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Lawful basis: consent (we only load Google Analytics 4 if you accept all cookies).
Customer service: to answer your questions. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe — your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and payment details, to process your payment securely. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Resend — your name, email address, and order details, to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and support replies. See Resend's privacy policy.
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised browsing data only (IP anonymisation enabled), loaded only with your consent. See Google's privacy policy.
Royal Mail — your name and delivery address, to fulfil your order. Royal Mail acts as an independent controller for delivery purposes.
We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

5. How long we keep it

Order data: 7 years (UK tax & accounting requirements).
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for audit.
Site analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last up to 2 years in your browser; aggregated event data is retained in GA4 for 14 months.
Customer service: 2 years from last contact.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, port your data, and complain to the ICO.
