Returns

We want you to love your Auxinn kit. If it's not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

What's eligible

• Performer Edition (AUX ORG): Returnable within 30 days, unused, in original packaging.

How to return

1. Email support@auxinn.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm and send you the return address. Don't return without confirming first — we can't track returns we weren't expecting.
3. Pack the bag with all contents and original packaging. Items missing from the return reduce the refund proportionally.
4. Ship it back at your cost (we recommend a tracked service). Once we receive it, we'll inspect within 2 working days and refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email support@auxinn.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace or refund — your call — and cover return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunded to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the order was faulty).
• Allow 5–7 working days after we receive the return for the refund to land in your account.
