What is Auxinn?

Auxinn is a pre-loaded DJ connection kit — a semi-rigid woven-nylon bag with 22 cables, adapters, splitters, and connectors curated by an AV engineer with 22 years on the road. Open the bag, plug in, play.

Who's it for?

Working DJs, audio engineers, venues, event production companies, and anyone who's ever shown up to a gig missing the one adapter they needed.

What makes it different to other DJ bags?

Other brands sell empty bags. Auxinn ships pre-loaded with the full set of essential gear. The bag is custom-tooled to founder spec, not a generic shell with a sticker on it.

What's actually in the bag?

Twenty+ items: 3 cables, 2 RCA adaptors, 4 jack-to-RCA adaptors, 4 XLR adaptors, 3 splitters, 3 headphone jacks, plus a branded bottle opener, shoulder strap, and pen. Full itemised list on the Performer Edition page.

Are the connectors gold-tipped?

Yes — most of them. The XLR adaptors, headphone jacks, and several others ship with gold-tipped contacts.

What's the bag made of?

Woven nylon, semi-rigid construction. Custom-tooled to founder spec.

What's the difference between Orange and Black Trim?

The contents, constuction and layout are the same, the difference is purely the aesthetics of the exterior trim.

Can I customise Performer Edition?

Not at the moment. Bespoke personalisation will be available in the future.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via Stripe. PayPal and Klarna (BNPL) coming post-launch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — UK only at launch. We'll open international shipping once UK delivery is settled. Sign up for launch updates on the homepage to be the first to know when we expand.

How long does it take?

2 working days to dispatch, then Royal Mail Tracked 48 (signed for) — typically 2–3 working days.

VAT?

Auxinn Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on UK orders. We'll update this page when our VAT status changes.

How do I clean the bag?

Lightly damp cloth only. No solvents, no machine wash.

How long should it last?

With normal use, indefinitely on the bag and years on the connectors. Heavy daily use will wear cables fastest — those are the items most likely to need replacement first.

Any care tips?

• — Don't overload the pockets — the interior loops are sized for what's in there.
• — Avoid sunlight, heat, and naked flames.
• — Unzip fully before opening to relieve hinge stress.
